What the site is
Veliri publishes asking prices read from third-party resale platforms, the specifications of bags as the houses publish them, and guides written by named people. It is an information site. It sells nothing, holds no stock, takes no orders and offers no accounts for buying or selling.
Not an appraisal, not an authentication
Nothing on Veliri is a valuation of any specific bag, an authentication of any specific listing, or advice to buy, sell or hold anything as an investment. Asking prices are what sellers ask, not what buyers pay, and they can be wrong, stale or for a different item than a title suggests. Veliri never states that a specific item is genuine or counterfeit. Before paying for a bag, use the platform’s own protections and, where it matters to you, a professional authentication service.
Affiliate links
Some links on the site are affiliate links through which Veliri may earn a commission from the platform on a purchase. They are disclosed on the page that carries them and on the disclosure page. The purchase contract is between you and the platform or the seller; Veliri is not a party to it and bears no responsibility for the item, its description, delivery or returns.
The houses
Brand names and model names are the property of their owners and are used here to describe the bags, not to suggest any affiliation with or endorsement by the houses, none of which is connected with this site. Rights holders can reach the operator through the contact page.
Accuracy of the data
Prices are read by software from the platforms’ public data interfaces and shown with their source and the day they were read. They can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and a listing can be mismatched to a model despite the checks; the platform’s own page is the authoritative record. Veliri corrects errors when it learns of them (see the editorial principles) but gives no warranty of accuracy, completeness or availability.
Use of the content
You may read, quote and link to the pages. The current index figures published through the JSON interface are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence: reuse them with a credit to Veliri and a link to the page. Guides, photographs and the index history are not covered by that licence. Automated access to the site must respect robots.txt and the rate at which a person would read.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the operator named on the imprint and the people behind Veliri are not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or reliance on, anything published here, including a purchase made on a platform reached through this site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what the law requires.
